IKELITE Gelber Fluoreszenzfilter für Tauchmaske

Looking for something different? Tired of night diving? Fluorescence will give you a whole new perspective on the world beneath the waves. With our line of excitation and barrier filters, you can convert your existing lights into a fluorescence set-up. No need to purchase expensive specialty lights or guided dives. Be the explorer!

About Fluorescence

To see this underwater, you'll need a light with a dichroic "excitation filter" attached AND a yellow "barrier filter" on your mask and camera system. What you'll generally see is a glow emitted from a variety of corals and animals, mostly in greens, blues, and reds. You may find two of the same type of corals—one which fluoresces, and one which doesn't. Dive your favorite spots in a different light and see what you've been missing!

Fluorescence is technically the photon emitted as an electron relaxes from its excited state to its ground state. In layman's terms, it's the glowing you are familiar with in glow sticks, jellyfish, and forensics. A variety of organisms and materials above and below water exhibit fluorescence—often with the introduction of a particular wavelength of light.

Fluorescence photography may be captured during the day by experimenting with using a very powerful, filtered light source and under-exposing the ambient light.

IKELITE Unterwasser Gehäuse für Panasonic Lumix TS25 TS30 FT25 FT30

IKELITE Unterwasser Gehäuse für Panasonic Lumix TS25 TS30 FT25 FT30
IKELITE Unterwasser Gehäuse für Panasonic Lumix TS25 TS30 FT25 FT30

A full featured and durable waterproof housing for Panasonic Lumix TS25, TS30, FT25, and FT30 cameras. Suitable for scuba, snorkel, surf, pool, and any application in or around the water.

Features

Dive into underwater photography with this compact and easy to use system. Durable clear polycarbonate construction provides a unique view of the camera to ensure correct waterproof installation and confidence underwater. The camera installs with drop-in loading for quick and easy set up. Simply close the side latch and see the o-ring form a solid black, watertight seal. Large, ergonomic controls provide access to all important camera functions.

The nature of this camera's lens prevents the effective use of external wide angle lenses.

Ikelite products are designed, built and tested in the USA. We use locally sourced, top-grade materials. Our housings are built by hand and individually tested for fit, function and waterproof integrity. We back our products with over 50 years of experience and service within the dive industry.

Flash

An included flash diffuser improves lighting quality when the camera's built-in flash is used. A built-in flash is effective between 1-3 feet (0.3-0.9m) from the subject in clear conditions. For best results a color correcting filter or external lighting is recommended. External lighting is more powerful and can be placed in a position to virtually eliminate the backscatter – or "snow" – from your underwater images.

Two fiber optic ports are provided for the connection of up to two Ikelite-, SEA&SEA-, or Olympus-type fiber optic cords.
